Responsibilities
- Run intake sessions to translate hiring manager needs into a clear candidate scorecard
- Source, screen, and submit qualified technology candidates within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate interview loops and prepare candidates with detailed briefings
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and share weekly market feedback with clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency or in-house technical recruiting experience in the US market
- Proven track record filling software engineering, data, and cloud requisitions
- Comfortable with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement workflows
- Strong ATS discipline and Boolean sourcing skills
